Produced from 288 Viura vines in the Santa Lucía vineyard located in Rioja Alavesa, the grapes were harvested and destemmed by hand, and cold-macerated with their skins to extract full color.

Following a controlled fermentation, the wine was aged in barrels for 12 months, then rested in the bottle for another 10 months.

VARIETIES: 100% Viura.

TASTING NOTES

     Appearance: A brilliant white wine with golden highlights.

     Nose: Highly aromatic, with a predominance of fruit notes alongside tertiary characteristics.

     Palate: Magnificent on the palate, with a complex and persistent finish.

PAIRING: An ideal accompaniment to fish and seafood.

This wine is created from a must squeezed from grapes in their vineyard located in Rioja Alavesa.

They introduce it into new American oak barrels and they stir the lees daily until all the sugar has been transformed into alcohol in a time of 2 months.
