UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders between 1-3 working days (Mon-Thu, not inc. Bank Holidays) from your order confirmation unless stated differently within the product description. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be accepted onto our system the next working day. All UK mainland orders will then be dispatched on the same day, on a next working day, unless directly stated within the product description. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday or after 3pm will not be dispatched until the next available working day (Monday-Thursday). If an item should go out of stock we will endeavour to inform you on the day of your order or by the next working day.
FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £40
This offer applies to standard UK mainland delivery only for orders over the value of £40. All UK mainland orders will be dispatched between 1-3 working days, unless directly stated within the product description.
DELIVERY PRICES
All quoted delivery prices are for England and Wales Mainland addresses. The below areas will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays:
- Scotland £5.00
- Northern Ireland £15.00
- Isle of Wight £10.00
- Channel Islands and Ile of Man Deliveries not available
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
MISSED DELIVERY
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. Alterntively if you request with our delivery partner that your parcel can be ‘left safe’ please be advised that ZooteeK Ltd cannot take any responsibility for lost or missing parcels thereafter.
TERMS
We will only deliver goods to the address provided on your order. If another delivery address is provided after an order is received, we will make further checks to verify this address and once verified we will dispatch your order accordingly. An extra delivery charge may be required if our quoted delivery postcode areas are breached. We will contact you to discuss in more detail if this is the case.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with an item, please return it in its original unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. We also offer exchanges at a reduced delivery rate. Read more about our returns and exchanges policy here.
